During the complete renovation of the Schweinfurt festival hall, the construction company Glöckle relied on the groundbreaking PRIMAX telescopic formwork from Mayer Schaltechnik. The result is an excellent exposed concrete surface up to the highest class SB4 – efficiently implemented with regional expertise.

New Training Centre for Siemens Medical Technology in Erlangen

The client, Zeleni Real Estate GmbH & Co KG, has entrusted the construction execution of this representative project to W. Markgraf GmbH & Co KG, which has sought formwork solutions from Mayer Schaltechnik in Erlangen for this demanding task: Primax rigid steel beam formwork for the walls and Titan Alu-Flex from Ischebeck for the ceilings, as Mayer is also the regional representative for Ischebeck products in the Franconian region.

The ultraMAX S wall formwork from Mayer Schaltechnik showed what it could do during the construction of this modern bowling centre.

Blank, a contractor based in Helmstadt, won the tender for the structural works on this project. Large, flat wall surfaces dominate this new games centre. The architect included a total of 1585 m² of class 2 fair-face concrete in the tender.

Lightweight formwork proves ideal for fitness studio construction

Mömlingen-based contractor Marquart used ultraMAX L aluminium wall panel formwork for the first time on this project to build more than 1000 m² of in situ concrete walls above and below ground.
Marquart ordered about 240 m² of this lightweight system from Mayer Schaltechnik. The formwork was used to construct the watertight external walls to the basement garage, all the walls to the stair and lift shafts plus the downstand beams on all floors. The low weight of the system was especially praised.
