klappMAX: our latest innovation for maximum efficiency

Our klappMAX has been specifically developed to meet the current challenges facing the construction industry. In particular, the increasing shortage of skilled workers and the growing demand for ergonomically optimized formwork solutions.

The clever folding mechanism significantly reduces physical strain. Handling has never been easier: klappMAX can be opened and closed effortlessly by one person, making it particularly quick to use. At the same time, the system fits easily through any standard doorway in the shell construction.

Whether for in-situ concrete slabs or partially precast slabs, klappMAX reduces the logistical effort and significantly speeds up processes on the construction site.

miniMAX: the ideal system for filigree ceilings

On many construction sites, filigree ceilings are still supported using conventional methods. Often without clear specifications for the spacing of the ceiling supports. The result: far too many steel tube supports, excessive material consumption, difficult access routes, and an unnecessarily complex workflow.

This is exactly where miniMAX comes in. The system is based on a grid that specifies exactly where each prop should be positioned. By making optimum use of the permissible load capacity of the props, savings of up to 50% can be achieved.

The structure features a telescopic mechanism combined with double girders and slide-in girders, which ensure extremely high stability. miniMAX is also particularly efficient because it can be seamlessly combined with numerous methods of ceiling formwork and ceiling edge formwork.

TITAN 120: the versatile aluminum flex system

The aluminum formwork beams of the TITAN 120 system offer incredible flexibility. They can be used as joists and cross beams in conventional slab formwork.

Their low weight and enormous load-bearing capacity make them ideal for construction companies that need a modular and versatile system.

TITAN HV: our system for flexible drop-head formwork

With TITAN HV, Mayer Schaltechnik offers drop-head formwork that provides maximum flexibility thanks to its design with aluminum beams in three variants: with main and secondary beams, mesh panels, and combi panels.

The system enables particularly fast and economical formwork installation and removal, as the drop head immediately absorbs the load and allows early formwork removal.

TITAN: our versatile and resilient aluminum formwork scaffolding

The TITAN aluminum formwork scaffolding is a true all-rounder. Whether used as a support tower, room scaffolding, formwork table, or formwork carriage, the system can carry all kinds of loads, from in-situ concrete slabs to steel structures.
