Emma is a modern voice assistant that answers incoming calls and forwards you to the right place. Her advantage? She ensures faster and more efficient telephone support so that your request goes directly to the contact person you are looking for. This enables us to offer you an even better service and reduce waiting times.
New technology, familiar service
Mayer Schaltechnik relies on forward-looking solutions to continuously develop our service for you. With Emma, we want to make it even easier for you to reach us. However, we also understand that some of our customers are still unaccustomed to dealing with a digital assistant.
Like every new colleague, Emma still has a lot to learn. As she continues to develop, not every call may go smoothly in the early days.
