FLUXX Floor:
Impact damping of floor joints

Area of application

Clean Removal of Floor Joint Formwork

Hollow-wall joints are among the most critical details in concrete construction. Differing element tolerances, varying joint widths, and high aesthetic standards make clean and efficient execution a challenging task.

Nevertheless, inefficient or improvised methods are often used: square timbers or other cumbersome constructions. This causes additional effort, increases material usage, and often leads to messy results.

FLUXX Floor creates a clearly structured and streamlined process for floor joint formwork—reliable, efficient, and without makeshift solutions.

FLUXX System:

The patented FLUXX joint formwork system enables precise joint formwork for double and hollow walls. In addition to rails for floor joints, FLUXX also offers modules for wall formwork.

Technical details

How FLUXX Floor Works

The floor rails are positioned along the joint and aligned using permanently mounted retaining brackets. The retaining brackets are then anchored directly into the substrate using the FLUXX Dübelfix. The special steel pin ensures a secure hold and can be inserted and removed in just a few simple steps. This creates a stable, continuous formwork with precise joint alignment.

Installation is quick and requires no time-consuming adjustments; removal is just as easy: After concrete placement, the Dübelfix is removed and the rails can be reused immediately.

Corner bottom rails are available for right-angle joints. With the extendable telescopic mechanism, they also allow for flexible compensation of residual dimensions and ensure consistent joint alignment. Optionally, the FLUXX F6 film reduces the subsequent cleaning effort and enables a particularly fine and tight joint pattern.
