FLUXX Wall:
Formwork for double and hollow walls

Area of application

Modern Joint Formwork: How It Works

Hollow-wall joints in wall sections are among the most critical details in concrete construction. Differing element tolerances, varying joint widths, and high aesthetic standards—especially in exposed concrete—make achieving a clean and efficient finish a challenging task.

Nevertheless, many construction sites still rely on makeshift solutions: wooden strips, foam, or custom-built structures. This leads to increased time consumption, unnecessary material use, and often uneven joint patterns.

FLUXX Wand ensures clean, reproducible formwork in wall areas—without improvisation.

FLUXX System:

The patented FLUXX joint formwork system is the solution for efficient joint formwork in double-wall and hollow-wall elements. It consists of coordinated modules for wall and floor formwork.

Technical details

How FLUXX Wand Works

The wall rails are positioned and aligned at the panel joint. Next, the FLUXX plastic locking anchor is inserted through the rail’s opening and tightened. This securely anchors the rail in the panel joint and ensures a continuous, precise joint alignment.

The FLUXX F6 film allows for the creation of completely watertight joints. Thanks to its special adhesive, the film can be removed without leaving any residue—further reducing the effort required to clean the rails.

Installation is quick and tool-free, and removal is just as easy: After concrete placement, the anchor is over-tightened and then loosened, allowing the rails to be reused immediately.

For the formwork of inside corners, FLUXX Wand offers specially angled rails. Matching telescopic rails also allow for flexible compensation of residual dimensions and ensure a completely continuous joint alignment.
