What a day that was! Last Sunday, July 20, the big day finally arrived: our major in-house exhibition 2025 took place at our company premises in Bergrheinfeld. Around 300 visitors—a great mix of customers, partners, industry colleagues, and interested trade visitors—spent the thoroughly successful day with us. The atmosphere? Consistently positive, energetic, and full of curiosity.
The highlight of the day: our klappMAX
The focus of our in-house exhibition was clearly our latest innovation: klappMAX. The ceiling formwork box is our answer to many practical questions – and, as quickly became apparent, a real crowd favorite. Visitors were particularly impressed by how quick and easy it is to use. They eagerly tested it, filmed it, photographed it, and asked for data sheets.
One visitor summed it up: “I could have used something like this 20 years ago – it would have saved me a lot of back pain.”
Visitors were then invited to compete against each other in the klappMAX Live Challenge: Who could assemble and disassemble the system the fastest? The answer: Michael Seit, foreman at Riedel Bau AG in Schweinfurt. In 3 minutes and 23 seconds, the ceiling system was up and running. We say: Respect! The audience was thrilled, and the applause was loud. A real goose bump moment.

Exchange ideas, talk shop, learn from each other
Instead of a big stage and a strict program, we focused on what we do best: personal exchange. The Mayer Schaltechnik team guided visitors around the site and answered lots of questions. We showed, explained, and listened. Topics included sustainable formwork solutions, safety on construction sites, sustainable logistics processes, and practical application tips.
Direct customer feedback showed us that there is a great need for efficient, safe, and time-saving formwork solutions—and that ease of use is a real game changer on construction sites. We are taking some of these suggestions with us for the further development of our products, for example in the areas of transport packaging and accessories.

A celebration for the entire family
Of course, there were plenty of other attractions as well: crane flying, hot smokers, ice cream trucks, cold drinks—everything was there. And for the kids? There was a sand treasure pit with fossils, gold coins, and gemstones. The children’s eyes lit up – and thanks to the relaxed atmosphere and pleasant conversations, the parents were also all smiles.
The feedback from visitors was overwhelmingly positive. We often heard the following sentence: “You hardly ever find events like this anymore – please do it again!” We are more than happy to oblige!
We say THANK YOU!
The 2025 in-house exhibition was much more than just an event for us. It was a day full of encounters, honest conversations, and genuine interest. A complete success, both from a technical and interpersonal perspective.
Marion Mayer-Sorgo, Managing Director of Marketing and Sales, sums it up: “We felt how great the interest in our innovations is – but also how much our customers value personal interaction. It is precisely this combination that makes days like these priceless for us.”
Now it’s time to process impressions, take feedback on board, and, of course, keep going. Would you like to find out more about us and our products? Or discuss your specific project with us? Click here to continue. We look forward to hearing from you!
