In the area of "special requirements" for visible or technically demanding concrete surfaces the support formwork system allows perfect implementaion of e.g. specified joint structures, required evenness or anchor structures
The support formwork system consists of a steel waler of double U 120 profiles and the aluminum formwork support. The sturdy and weatherproof aluminum support with its high Es bietet durch den formstabilen, wetterfesten resistence to deflection and lateral force allows dimensional tolerances in the 0.5mm range. Through the steel waler of double U 120 profile with a thickness of 12cm an increase of the load-bearing capacity by 60% compared to the steel walers 100 is gained resulting in a measurement tolerance optimisation for the concrete.

All connections are made with the same wedge ensuring a simple handling of the formwork
The innovative difference coupling allows adjustment of dimensional fomwork facing tolerances at the end position of the element in a range of +/- 5 mm. The use is simple: By simply rotating the adjustment device potential tolerances from support and formwork facing can be levelled. Removing of the wedge connection is not required for this
